1. The phenomenon of separation and stratification appears

There are many reasons for this phenomenon, including the low heat sealing temperature of the stretched film, or the error of the heat cover inside and outside the upper and lower films.
  
Solution: In this case, we can increase the heat-sealing surface temperature to the temperature required by the inner heat-sealing material, and adjust the heat-sealing surfaces of the upper and lower films of the stretched film to ensure that the heat-sealing surfaces of the upper and lower films correspond to each other.

2. There are small holes on the surface
  
The film is broken or poorly formed after stretching. This may be caused by insufficient heating of the heating plate, mismatched heating temperature, and excessive heating temperature, which may cause the film to stick to the heat-sealing plate. During this period, the stretching and forming will have local deviations. Thin, when the heating temperature is too low, the heating temperature of the film is lower, and the stretching temperature of the film cannot be reached, and more films will break after stretching.
Solution: You can appropriately reduce or increase the temperature of the heating plate, adjust it to the appropriate temperature range, use it correctly within the effective stretching range, and use the film to stretch the shallow stretch film, not only to ensure the quality of the product, but also to reduce Cost of production.

3. There is gas in the product packaging
The width of the upper film is greater than the width of the heat sealing plate. The vacuum hole of the heat sealing plate is blocked, and the air between the upper and lower films is sucked out. The sealing temperature is too high, and there is a problem of air leakage from the small holes when the upper film burns.
Solution: Adjust the width of the upper film to a suitable width to match the heat sealing plate. There must be good adjustment and coordination between the upper and lower films, and in addition, ensure that there is no deviation between the upper and lower films, and ensure that the upper and lower films are well-sealed. Improve the stretching effect of the lower film to ensure that no small holes are produced after the lower film is stretched.

4. Wrinkle of packaging film
Wrinkles on the packaging film may be caused by uneven thickness of the stretched film substrate, too large difference in thickness, or uneven composite pressure of the packaging machine.
Solution: In this case, the design of the upper and lower membranes should be symmetrical to reduce the stress of different stretched membrane structures. The tension of the upper and lower membranes should be controlled to avoid uneven tension. During the sterilization process, the products should be placed neatly , To avoid squeezing between products.
